Refund Policy

At NxtWise, we are committed to providing exceptional learning experiences tailored to your career goals. We understand that situations may arise requiring a refund or changes to your enrollment. Please review our policies carefully before registering.

1. Pre-Registration and Full Payment

  • The pre-registration fee and the full payment made by students are non-refundable.
  • Once your slot is confirmed, the batch is finalized, and access to our Learning Management System (LMS) will be granted as per the chosen batch.
  • Due to the resources allocated and preparations made, refunds for pre-registration and full payments are not possible.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand exceptional circumstances may arise.
  • Please contact our support team at support@nxtwise.com to discuss your situation.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work towards a suitable solution.

3. Course Cancellation by NxtWise

  • If NxtWise cancels a course before it begins, a full refund of the course fee will be provided, or you may choose an alternative course or batch.
  • If a batch is delayed by more than one month, students will be granted complimentary access to the rescheduled course.

4. Change of Batch

  • Students may request a batch change before the course commencement date.
  • If a suitable alternative batch is available, NxtWise will endeavor to accommodate the request without additional charges, subject to seat availability.
  • Batch change requests are accepted only once per enrollment.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests approved under the policy will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment as follows:

  • Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the same card. Depending on the card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to reflect.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be transferred to the original bank account used for payment.
  • Other Payment Methods (e.g., UPI, Wallets): Refunds will be returned via the same channel.

Note: Cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

7. Change of Course Policy

  • Requests to switch to a different course must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the original course start date.
  • The alternative course must have available seats and should be completed within 1 month of the original course completion date.
  • If switching to a higher-priced course, the difference in fees must be paid.
  • If switching to a lower-priced course, NxtWise will not refund the difference.
  • Course changes are permitted only once per enrollment.

8. Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling by NxtWise

  • If a course does not commence within 10 business days of the scheduled start date due to NxtWise's reasons, students may opt for a complimentary course or join a different batch/course.
  • NxtWise is responsible only for the cost of the course; any other personal expenses incurred are not refundable.

Rescheduling by Students

  • Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 business days before the course start date.
  • The rescheduled batch should commence within 90 days of the original date.
  • Rescheduling does not permit a change in course selection.
  • Subject to seat availability.

9. Process for Rescheduling or Course Change

  • Contact support@nxtwise.com with your request.
  • Complete and submit the required Course Change or Reschedule Form within 3 business days of approval.
  • Pay any applicable difference in fees and provide payment proof.
  • Confirmation will be provided within 5-7 business days.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • NxtWise reserves the right to cancel or modify session dates, times, or location due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.).
  • In case of cancellation, students will receive a full refund or an option to transfer to another course/batch.
  • Changes in event location will be accommodated with similar infrastructure when possible; personal expenses due to location change will not be reimbursed.

By enrolling in NxtWise programs, you agree to abide by this refund and related policy. We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before registration.
