Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to enrollments in NxtWise EdTech programs (courses, internships, certifications) and subscriptions to NxtWise IT apps, websites or any services. By making a payment to NxtWise, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All purchases and enrollments made with NxtWise are final. Once a payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, and the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, except where explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
2. NxtWise EdTech — Course & Internship Enrollments
- Once you enroll and complete payment for a course, internship, or certification program, the enrollment is final and cannot be cancelled.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, inability to attend sessions, or dissatisfaction with the program.
- If a program is cancelled or indefinitely postponed by NxtWise, students will be offered the option to transfer to another available batch or program of equivalent value.
- Processing or transaction fees charged by payment gateways, if any, are non-refundable.
3. NxtWise IT — SaaS Product Subscriptions
- Subscription fees for our apps, websites, or any services are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly/annual) and cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is made.
- You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account settings to prevent future billing cycles; however, this does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing cycle.
- Free trials, where offered, can be ended at any time before the trial period concludes without charge.
4. No Cancellation Policy
NxtWise does not offer cancellations on any purchase or enrollment. Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final. We encourage all customers and students to carefully review course details, product features, and pricing before making a payment.

6. Changes to This Policy
NxtWise may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, products, or legal requirements. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
