1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NxtWise website, NxtWise EdTech programs, and NxtWise IT apps, websites or any services, collectively the "Services", operated by Nxtwise IT Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to enroll in our programs or use our products. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Website & Services

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or LMS content.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell course content, recordings, or product features without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website or products.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features (LMS, SaaS dashboards), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. NxtWise EdTech — Programs & LMS

• Enrollment in a course or internship grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the associated LMS content as described at the time of purchase (including lifetime access, where stated).
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements as defined for each course.
• Internship placements, where offered, are subject to eligibility, performance, and availability, and do not constitute a guarantee of employment.
• NxtWise reserves the right to update course content, schedules, or instructors to maintain quality, without reducing the overall value of the program.

6. NxtWise IT — SaaS Products

• Access to our apps, websites, or any services is provided on a subscription basis as described at the point of sale.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input into these products and for maintaining appropriate backups.
• NxtWise will make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
• Misuse of any SaaS product, including attempts to breach security or exceed usage limits in a manner that affects other users, may result in suspension of access.

7. Payments & Pricing

All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are payable through the payment methods made available at checkout. NxtWise reserves the right to change pricing for future enrollments or subscription renewals with prior notice. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, LMS, and SaaS products — including text, graphics, logos, course material, videos, and software — is the property of Nxtwise IT Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways). NxtWise is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NxtWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

NxtWise may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to NxtWise, other users, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

NxtWise reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
